Samantha Wilson is a Southern California-based writer who enjoys character-driven stories, especially ones with a grounded speculative twist. As a story analyst, her work for several organizations in film and television, including Netflix, has led to finding new voices, acquiring I.P. for adaptation, and consulting on studio projects in development and production.

She wrote THE BUYERS short film (Official selection at DIFF, LA Shorts, Burbank, Catalina, & more) and co-wrote/produced FAST FOOD (Official selection at LA Shorts, Hollyshorts, Indie Memphis, & more). She was a 2021 Moonshot Pilot Accelerator fellow (formerly WWFC) and a 2022 WIF Mentee.
